South African Lyttelton R1 Contract FAL Barrel Metric 7.62x51

Lyttelton Engineering Works now (Denel Land Systems) produced the Belgian FN contract R1 FAL series of rifles in 1950 and later delivered some 30,000 R1's for the iconic Rhodesian Bush War conflict for the South African Defense Forces. No marring on the barrel timing sides. Threads are in great shape.
