The Precision Target Rifle (PTR91), derived from the HK91 and introduced for American law enforcement in 2002, features this "WIDE" G3 handguard designed for rapid bipod attachment. Note that this particular unit has a modified bipod mount at the front, rendering it incompatible with the original PTR91 bipod. There is also a minor chip present.
