H&k/CET.C UNISVERSAL Bending JIG (Aka ARms

This product has been in development for some time now, and we are very excited to bring to market the AkA ARms Universal Bending JIG. Now for the same LOW PRICE, you can bend a .308 caliber CETME C and an Hk-MP5 receiver all on the same jig, in a matter of seconds.

We have tested and retested this jig and made sure your bends are going to come out exactly as expected. We have been making jigs for coming up on a year now. This jig is simply an amalgamation of all the lessons and techniques we have learned. You don't have to take just our word. We have made a HOW-TO instructional video above. It is very easy. Anyone can do it, even if you are blind, with the Braille lettering we have incorporated into the design. A 10-Ton shop press is all you need when the standard is 12-Ton that you will find at your local hardware store. ( We are looking into options that use screws instead of a hydraulic press)

 We use the same Tried and True design that makes our CETEM C/G3 JIG so reliable/ accurate. We incorporated all the forms needed to allow for various smaller sizes of receivers to be bent, all with the same base and mandrel. To do this, we utilized a snap-in & out system. Where the MP5 & MP5/F receivers use the JIG as it arrives. The .308(CETME C/G3) and 5.56(Hk33) caliber receivers simply involve taking out the 2 snap-in pieces from the base(JIG). After you can place the pieces into the outside wall where there are cut-outs to hold them firm. We send an extra pair just in case. 

NOTE:

Use ANY receiver flat for the Hk-G3, CETME C, PTR, HK-91. Use ANY receiver for the MP5 in all the different calibers. MP5/F is also compatible. (NOT compatible with MP5K currently)

If you are building a Hk-53/33/93, this jig is only compatible with the receiver flats that have the LONG TAIL. Like RTGparts.com offers. (Video for this flat updated soon)

Tensile Strength: 55-80 MPa.

Bending Strength: 68-78 MPa.

Impact Strength (Charpy): 13-17 kJ/m² (significantly higher than regular PLA).

Young's Modulus (Rigidity): 2500-2900 MPa (high). 

PLA Pro is a more robust, less brittle version of PLA, designed for functional parts that need to be strong and sturdy and a little flexible.

Warranty/ There is very little room for malfunction, but if your jig is noticably broke or cracked on arrival or during first use. Your broken section will be replaced free of charge. Within reason and after communication. Up to 3 weeks or the first use.
